A Sanctuary for the Embodied Soul
9th Keep is more than a studio. Named for the last layer of stone we keep around our most precious treasure — the vulnerability of our true self — 9th Keep honors the way intimacy asks us to shed every layer we carry. Here, movement is not just practice; it is passage, a way to fall in love with our truest selves, free from the weight of expectation, unbound from the chains of trauma, and released from our defenses.
Our hope is that through this process, you feel a deep sense of safety restored within you and liberated to dance.
About the Design
The space is available for rentals, open studios, occasional classes, private parties, and gatherings. Mirrors are limited to encourage flow from within, while walls saturated in color invite you to take up space rather than be overwhelmed by it. Whether moving alone or with others, 9th Keep invites you to surrender to the flow — to the edges, and beyond the last thing you cling to.
