Seduction is a lightly structured choreography class inspired by the atmosphere and pacing of a stage set. The focus is on presence and embodiment, inviting you to explore your own style within a guided framework. As you deepen your connection to your own sensation and intention, you naturally draw your audience into captivation through what they see and feel from you.
Expect dim lights, deliberate movement, and spacious moments to experiment, interpret, and fully inhabit the dance.

This class is dedicated to getting into upside down pole tricks, being in them and coming out of them with control, strength, and confidence. For those just learning, you’ll work progressions into inverts, hangs, and transitions, with an emphasis on safety, mechanics and conditioning. For those who already have upside down skills, you will be challenged to advance them with various transitions, conditioning drills and work through refining mechanics.
Prerequisites: Be willing to learn how to go upside down. Be willing to condition and spend time practicing.
Style: Technical, strength-based
All levels welcome!!
Skills are taught to the individual in a group setting.
What to Wear:
This is a technical class, so you will need to have plenty of skin available to you during practice. Wear tight fitting clothing that will not get caught or come over your face during movement. A sports bra and shorts or a bikini is most appropriate.
